From our head office based in Cork, we undertake projects throughout Ireland. We pride ourselves on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget, whilst to the highest standards.

Our range of works includes the construction of water treatment and supply schemes, wastewater treatment plants and sewerage schemes, roads and bridges, site development works, marine engineering works and the renewal of urban streetscapes including hard landscaping, lighting and furniture. Over the years, we have carried out these works for local authorities, private developers and other construction firms.

McGinty & O’Shea are proud to be currently involved in the redevelopment of Cork’s city centre streetscapes – one of the largest and most ambitious urban regeneration projects ever undertaken in this country. We have already completed work on Patrick Street, Emmet Place, Paul Street, French Church Street, Carey’s Lane, Oliver Plunkett Street, Maylor Street, Pembroke Street, Watercourse Road, Thomas Davis Street, Shandon Street and are currently nearing the completion of work on Grand Parade and Tobin Street.
