Fintan McGinty (Owner and Founder)

Fintan established McGinty & O’Shea Ltd. in partnership with Jim O’Shea in 1985. Having worked for over 40 years in the industry, Fintan brings invaluable experience to the company and has forged a reputation for building strong relationships with clients over many years.

 

Liam Callanan (Director)

Liam is responsible for site operations and project delivery. A civil engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the sector, Liam is committed to ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality on our sites.

 

Dan Murphy (Director)

Dan is responsible for the preparation and submission of Tender Bids and SAQs. A civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Dan has continued his professional development to include further training in the areas of Health and Safety, Quality Management, Contract Management and Procurement.

 

Sinead Collins (Director)

Sinead is responsible for company accounts & investments, supplier & sub-contractor payments, human resources & training and office administration. An accountant with over 15 years’ experience working in the sector, Sinead has continued her professional development to include membership of the IATI and the ITI and further studies in Business Administration & Office Management.

 

Peadar O Laoghaire (Commercial Manager)

Peadar is responsible for the financial control of our projects. A quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the civil engineering sector, Peadar ensures the financial sustainability of our operations by managing commercial risk, in conjunction with our clients, throughout the lifecycle of our projects.

 

Pauline McCarthy (HSQE Manager)

Pauline is responsible for the implementation of our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures on all our sites. A committed HSQE professional and member of IOSH with over 15 years’ experience in the sector, Pauline is also responsible for monitoring our sub-contractors HSQE performance, the implementation of our HSQE training programme and keeping up to date with current legislation and best practice in this area.
