McGinty & O’Shea Ltd. has recently commenced work on the ‘Mahon Bus Gate and Passage Greenway Access’ contract for client, Cork City Council. Work consists primarily of the construction of a new bus access route to Mahon Point Shopping Centre and the construction of 2no. access ramps from the Passage Railway Greenway to the City Gate Mahon Office Development and Mahon Point Shopping Centre. Value of the works is approx. €600k.
