This project included the construction of the following:

- Administration & Control Building: this was a traditionally built facility comprising of public information area, staff and public toilets, offices, canteens, plant room and CCTV room etc.
- Goods Storage Building: this was a 6,500sq ft industrial type building comprising of reinforced concrete substructure and floors, structural steel frame with insulated plastered and painted walls and metal clad roof, windows, roller shutter doors, mechanical and electrical works.
- Hazardous Waste Building: this was a large building similar in style to the Goods Storage Building. Underground tanks were constructed in reinforced mass concrete under this building to hold the hazardous waste. Structural Steel was installed to support open mesh flooring with this building.
